      Masabrosa                         4-cups         1 Bag 4.4 lbs

      Broth or Water comb.         4-cups         1-Gallon

      Salt                                 1-TBSP        1/3Cup

      Garlic Powder                     1-TBSP        1/3Cup

      Chile Powder                     1-TBSP        1/3Cup

      Oil or Lard (melted)             1-cup            4 Cups

      Baking Powder                 1-TBSP        1/3 Cup

      Makes                             4-Dozen     16-Dozen

      Use an oven roaster not a crock pot to steam them for 2 hrs. then let them cool down for 30 mins.

      In the steamer put one gallon of water at the bottom of aluminum pan or rack.

  8. I never thought to make small batches like you do, some of mine fall apart in the steamer. from now on I will group them together, tie them in bunches so they don’t fall apart. Thank you!

  10. another video said to make sure if you use the wet towels to make sure it has Never been bleached or used in contact with bleach as it can cause death or poisoning when steaming.
