  1. Those tamales look amazing and full of flavor. The last ones I had were bland, the only thing that I could taste, was the Salsa Verde. I didn’t make them, never have, but I have enjoyed many that were made at home. This video has encouraged me to make some. I want to make the massa just as tasty as the filling. I believe your recipe, with the reduced red sauce and pork lard added to the Massa, will accomplish my goal. Thanks for posting and have a great day!

    1. dear alice thank you for your  encouraging comments. In my other video chicken tamales in salsa verde I add potato water to the masa and people love them. I think  a few tricks and some technique make a world of difference,  take care~
