How to make Masa: Semi Homemade

Many of you have asked me to show how to make the masa from the corn flour. There are several brands of Harina de masa and all you need to do is add water to make the dough. Afterward you can add spices in order to use the masa to make other Belizean dishes like panades and salbutes etc.

  3.  What is that tool you are using to shred the cabbage in your intro? Is it just a cheese grater? It looks a bit different.  Thank you!

  4. The only thing that’s missing is how much flour you’d add to it. I noticed on your panade video you add 3 tablespoons to a larger amount.
