CHINESE FLUFFY BAO BUNS RECIPE
(MAKES 12 BUNS)

* 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup warm water
* 1 teaspoon yeast
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* pinch salt
* 1 teaspoon coconut oil
* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
* vegetable oil for brushing

    1. Rebecca Lai These are just a softer bun recipe. You could try a longer kneading time, which I showcased in the rose buns recipe. Also, it’s a vegan recipe so no milk is used☺️
